Michael Pryor taught part two of a two-part webinar he is teaching as part of rat[Lab]’s Smart Labs 4.0 education program. Smart Labs 4.0 is designed as a collaborative collective between rat[LAB]EDU and RVS School of Architecture, Chennai. It is an Integrated program to introduce basic, intermediate and advanced computational design techniques, methods, workflows on a 6-month basis. This program is designed at par with any global school within the domain of computation and is envisioned to fill the missing gap in the educational curriculum by bridging academia and practice. During his webinar, Michael taught morphing and manipulation with his Pufferfish Grasshopper plugin to generate thickened non self-intersecting 3d printable objects.
