We were invited to participate in the 2023 Microsoft Global Hackathon with The Microsoft Garage. Microsoft's global hackathon is a multi-day event that brings together employees and interns to create, innovate, and develop new ideas. Over the course of a week DesignMorphine members Laura Civetti and Maria Soroko-Tsyupa collaborated with Microsoft Teams developers in creating a Microsoft Teams experimental experience they named “Meet-Topia”, a blend of online collaboration, virtual spaces, and artificial intelligence. The project was presented and submitted to the Hackathon under the supervision of Mike Pell, Tsvetelina Georgieva, Pavlina Vardoulaki Pryor and Orlin Davchev.
